Design and simulation

We perform advanced engineering of plastic systems and enclosures, leveraging CAD, CAE, and simulation capabilities to optimizefluid dynamics, structural integrity, manufacturability, and thermal performance for automotive systems including thermoplasticcomposite battery housings and blow-molded components. Our design teams integrate digital validation into early development stages to reduce time to production and ensure functional compliance with automotive standards.

Materials

We work with engineered polymers and thermoplastic composites to produce high-performance components. This includes HDPE and other engineered plastics for fuel systems, specialty polymers for clear vision systems, and advanced composite materials for Pentatonic battery enclosures which combine thermoplastics with hybrid reinforcements for lightweight and durable EV applications

Machinery and tooling

We design and produce high-precision tooling and molds for extrusion, blow-molding, and injection processes. These tools are tailored for our portfolio of fuel systems, clear-vision reservoirs, and composite components, enabling repeatable production quality and efficient scaling from prototype to full series.

Production

Our manufacturing capabilities include extrusion and blow-molding, injection molding, and assembly processes for high-qualityautomotive parts such as fuel tanks, battery enclosures and washer systems. We operate production facilities across Europe, North America, Asia, and Latin America, enabling global delivery and scalable manufacturing for OEMs and industrial customers.
